TEPAS Framework IT Services (RM6068)

A technology products and services framework agreement that offers public sector buyers a flexible and compliant way to procure. Technology Products and Associated Services (TePAS) is a multi-billion-pound procurement agreement managed by Crown Commercial Services.

The framework, which replaced the Technology Products 2 agreement, supports public sector buyers to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common IT and technology related goods and services.

DTP Group is an approved supplier on Crown Commercial Services’ RM6068 framework: Technology Products & Associated Services.

  • Technology Products & Associated Services: Lot 2

DTP is able to supply hardware and associated services within Lot 2 throughout the initial two-year lifecycle of the agreement which is in place until 9th December 2023. This includes end user compute (PC, laptop and tablet), and enterprise solutions relating to the Hybrid data centre, including server, storage and networking as well as related services.

By procuring on the framework, Public Sector organisations benefit from consistently competitive pricing and high levels of quality service. To feature on the framework, suppliers were asked to complete a rigorous tender process.

How does the RM6068 framework give competitive pricing?

The Crown Commercial Services team ensure the best prices are achieved under the RM6068 framework through a combination of controls, measures and ongoing procurement activity. One of these activities is the negotiation of pan-government discounts through Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) agreements. These agreements are in place with a number of manufacturers including Microsoft, HP and HPE.

Find out more about HPE’s MoU with the Crown Commercial Service, making their technologies available to the public sector at new market-beating prices.

The RM6068 agreement provides the best public sector price to the distribution channel for transactional purchases (allowing resellers to compete on resale margin) and a single point of contact for any volume discount discussions.
