APPROACH: DTP proposed a fairly priced solution and explained the support AC Ventilation could expect after installation. Replacement machines were set up on the agreed date with users connected as part of a smooth changeover.
IT MATTERS: The new machines have performed reliably with very little downtime. When an issue turned out to be network related, DTP worked directly with AC Ventilation’s IT provider to help resolve it.
