Where would you reinvest the money?
Our ITAD customers put their rebates to work in different ways: funding new hardware or DEX solutions, supporting charities and local community projects, or giving employees access to discounted, refurbished devices. Our seamless circular approach delivers significant rebates, with two organisations receiving £79,000 and £83,000 respectively. While we can’t share their names, these figures show the potential value in retired IT.

Real stories, lasting impact
We know it sounds a little too good to be true so here’s how two customers are putting our sustainability services into practice.
Liverpool John Moores University uses our ITAD services to refurbish and remarket retired equipment, reducing e-waste and extending its useful life. Rebates support students through the university’s Student Hardship Fund.
UWE Bristol has redistributed 118 laptops and desktops since April 2026, avoiding an estimated 21.9 tonnes of CO₂e and generating over £30,700 in social and financial value. Devices are provided free to students facing hardship or with care experience, sold affordably to students and staff, or donated to charities, schools and community organisations.

A wide range of technology devices such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, scanners, keyboards, and mobile devices. Even non-Windows 11 compliant devices qualify for market leading rebates. We’re happy to accept equipment in good working order - with all parts present, preferably with no BIOS password and screens that are clear and damage-free. A little everyday wear is fine, but we ask that items be clean, complete and free from major scratches or dents.
Environmental impact is minimised with coordinated pick-ups alongside new equipment delivery or through consolidated collections.
Tracked DTP vehicles ensure equipment is transported safely and responsibly. Devices are consolidated at our logistics centre.
Certus-certified tamper-proof data erasure in every IT Asset Disposal service we deliver. We ensure every asset is sanitised to the highest global standards – eliminating risk and enabling safe reuse, resale or recycling.
Devices that can be refurbished are given a new lease of life and reintroduced into the economy. Those that can’t be reused are carefully stripped for parts. Any components that still have value are repurposed, while the rest are recycled responsibly and sustainably.
