DTP FRAMEWORKS

Procuring your IT through a well established framework offers a number of significant benefits; from negotiated best value pricing, exclusive promotional offers and dedicated account management to free technical support, enhanced warranty services and recycling, trade in and disposal (WEEE). As the 6th largest supplier to the Education sector, DTP is an approved supplier on the following frameworks, ensuring the provision of consistently competitive pricing and a high level of quality services.

National Desktop and Notebook Agreement (NDNA)

A well supported agreement for Higher and Further Education. DTP can supply HP products under Lot 1 (Desktops), Lot 2 (Notebooks and Mobile Devices) and Lot 3 (One-stop Shop) of the NDNA framework. We’re HP’s largest reseller of Notebooks and Desktops into Universities. Find out more about procuring through NDNA with DTP.

National Education Printer Agreement (NEPA)

One of the longest running agreements dedicated to Higher and Further Education. DTP is contracted to supply HP printers and MFD devices as part of the NEPA agreement, either as part of a Managed Print Service (Lot 2) or as a one-stop-shop (Lot 4) for all your printing requirements. Servers, Storage and Solutions National Agreement (SSSNA)

A national agreement covering the Higher and Further Education sector which gives procurers the ability to purchase IT infrastructure under a pre-tendered framework agreement. By purchasing on the SSSNA, you can benefit from consistently competitive pricing, along with a high level of quality service thanks to a strict service level agreement. DTP is contracted to supply HP server solutions.

National Networking Agreement (NNA)

DTP features on Lots 1, 2 and 3 of the National Networking Agreement hosted by NEUPC, supplying networking suppliers and services to the UK Higher Education. DTP can supply a range of different brands, including Cisco, HP and Meraki.

  • Lot 1 – Networking equipment
  • Lot 2 – Small and medium projects up to £1m in value
  • Lot 3 – Large projects in excess of £1m in value

Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC)

A national agreement covering the Further Education sector. DTP is contracted on CPC to supply product and services including Servers, Storage and Network Hardware, together with all associated Software and Services on Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7, and IT recycling and disposal services on Lot 5 for Desktop Hardware & Peripherals contract.

JANET

Janet is a national Higher Education framework agreement for the supply and support of routing and switching equipment and design services. DTP can supply within Lot 12 for network design consultancy.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS)

Since being appointed as one of HP’s delivery partners on Lot 3 of the former-Government Procurement Service (GPS) framework, DTP provides managed print services in partnership with HP via the framework and offers a print audit service, based on the total cost transparency of a customer’s existing printing processes, with a further provision for proposed revisions where required.

G-Cloud

The G-Cloud framework has been developed to give customers access to pay-as-you-go services as a cheaper alternative to traditionally sourced ICT. DTP is an approved supplier of G-Cloud under the following Lots:

  • Lot 1: IaaS: Infrastructure as a Service
  • Lot 3: SaaS: Software as a Service
  • Lot 4: SCS: Specialist Cloud Services
