National Desktop and Notebook Agreement (NDNA)
DTP is HP’s largest reseller of Notebooks and Desktops into universities, delivering you the best value and stable client devices for your institution.
The NDNA agreement is open nationally to all Consortia-affiliated Universities and Colleges of Higher and Further Education, in all six of the regional Consortia: APUC, LUPC, SUPC, HEPCW, NEUPC and NWUPC.
DTP can supply HP under Lot 1 (Desktops), Lot 2 (Notebooks and Mobile Devices), and Lot 3 (One-stop Shop), making it easy to procure all your client device requirements from one supplier.
Adding value to simplify projects
DTP can alleviate some of the headaches associated with budget constraint, compatibility checks, ongoing support and environmental impact.
DTP's client devices Team can provide:
- Dedicated account management
- Managed device service
- Cradle to grave asset management
- Recycling, trade in and disposal (WEEE)
- Finance schemes
- A unique online configurator to build your own devices.
Why procure using the NDNA?
Typically Higher and Further Education customers save around 15% on their notebook/desktop costs by procuring through the NDNA. Benefits include free lifetime technical support, free replacement of machines exhibiting multiple failures within a 12 month period and free packaging removal services. Some of the universities already benefiting from DTP and HP on the NDNA include University of Liverpool, University of Manchester and University of Leicester.
