As one of HP and HPE’s UK Public Sector focused expert partners, DTP Group has recently been named as a supplier on the Technology Products & Associated Services TePAS 2 (RM6098) framework.
Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2022/23, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £3.8 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
Supplying the Public Sector
Our place on the framework allows us to supply hardware and associated services throughout the initial two-year lifecycle of the agreement. This includes end user compute (PC, laptop and tablet), and enterprise solutions relating to the Hybrid data centre, including server, storage and networking as well as related services.
By procuring on the RM6068 framework, Public Sector organisations benefit from consistently competitive pricing and high levels of quality service. To feature on the framework, suppliers were asked to complete a rigorous tender process. The framework is now live and can be used by public sector organisations with immediate effect.

Software
TePAS Lot 3 covers the provision of software products and services including commercial off the shelf (COTS) software which is commercially ready-made and available for sale (for example Microsoft, VMware and antivirus software), business software and productivity (such as MS Office, Teams, Google Docs), data and analytics and audio visual and cloud products including software as a service (SaaS) or cloud provider hosted applications, platform as a service (PaaS) and cloud service models.

Hardware
TePAS Lot 2 allows public sector organisations to procure hardware products and services including end user devices such as laptops, desktops, mobiles, and tablets, device as a service, infrastructure as a service, infrastructure hardware such as servers, data centres, hubs, routers, and switches and peripheral equipment such as keyboards, monitors and audio visual.
