Reduce cross-contamination
ProtectionPLUS screen protectors have a proprietary hard coating that kills 99.9% of bacteria and pathogens and incorporates Nano-Silver technology which prevents bio-film colonisation of the surface. The surface treatment kills pathogens and virulent bacteria, greatly reducing the risk of cross-contamination.
The testing has been carried out on the following bacterium:-
- MRSA
- E-coli
- Streptococcus Pyogenes
- Klebsiella Pneumonia
Antibacterial testing was conducted at the UK National Health Laboratory S.M.T.L. in Bridgend, South Wales, Surgical Materials Test Laboratory. The testing was conducted according to the standard BS EN ISO 22916 which is the test for anti-bacterial performance on hard non-porous surfaces such as plastics, metal or glass.
