SERVICE DELIVERY ANALYST

Overview

The primary purposes of this role are to prepare and distribute a variety of Service Reports for internal and external customers. Provide Root Cause Analysis of service incidents. SERVICE DELIVERY ASSISTANT

The primary purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for Service Delivery. Assisting the Service Delivery Manager in arranging and preparing documents for Service Review Meetings. Purchasing Administrator (6 month Contract)

Overview

This is a fixed 6-month contract.
The purpose of this position is to provide support for DTP’s sales and operational teams in the form of placing purchase orders, managing back-orders, dealing with incoming communication (email & phone) and providing administrative support within the purchasing team.
